Our estate-grown sorghum is hand harvested in Kentucky. It is then slow cooked to a tangy, earthy syrup to savor. A unique, sweet and savory flavor with great depth and culinary range. It tastes of earth and grass, faint nuttiness and smoky wood tones, with a hint of minerality & just a very slight hint of sour. Serve with cheese, French toast, a think dollop over a fresh biscuit, or in a fine cocktail such as an Old Fashioned.
